Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS / UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.
